Tobias welcomed me warmly and offered fantastic tips on attractions and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family of five, with a queen bed and three singles. Wi-Fi worked excellently, a big plus for us. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plentiful options like fruits, cold cuts, and warm dishes. The atmosphere felt cozy, thanks to the family-owned vibe. Reaching the city center took about 15-20 minutes by train, slightly inconvenient, especially with kids. The nearby bus station was just a two-minute walk, so getting around wasn't too difficult. There were a few local shops, but they seemed limited during our holiday stay. I would definitely recommend this spot for families, the support from the staff.

The room was a nice size, had comfy and included utensils and a fridge. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was EXCEPTIONAL.

Well-designed rooms with all the facilities and incredibly friendly staff. A safe, a minibar, and central heating - very useful. Exceptionally nice location in a really quiet area so close to a nice Indian restaurant and the outskirts of town. Ideal place for shopping, recommended.

The staff offered personalized service, made us feel valued. The shuttle service to the station was a bit inconsistent.

Exceptionally nice location with magnificent views next to P&R karlsfeld and a grocery store and park. New-fashioned rooms with central heating, TV, and a mini fridge bar...

The breakfast was good, with a variety of fruits, cold cuts, and made-to-order eggs that satisfied my mornings. The super clean room and serene atmosphere allowed for a peaceful retreat.

the hotel was peaceful with efficient personnel with our request for an electric kettle and extra pillows. there were central heating, tv and a mini fridge bar in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

The hotel is a quick 20 min train ride from the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Some very nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Complicated room layouts had me wandering through spaces looking for basic amenities!!! Issues with unreliable Wi-Fi at peak hours made late-night tasks frustrating!!! Shower fixtures need urgent upgrades for consistent hot water!!!

The hotel offers spacious rooms with great housekeeping services. Breakfast selection is excellent. Located close to a train station for direct access to the city center and surrounded by a lovely residential area. We had an electric kettle provided upon request.
